Message from Ted Higase, KVH CEO and President

Hello, I am Ted Higase, and I joined KVH as President and CEO in May.

KVH is a services business and everything we do is designed to deliver outstanding service to you, our clients. We are committed to being an information delivery platform providing data centers, managed IT services, and integrated networks, into a single offering that allows our clients to store, process, protect and deliver their vital corporate information. This means we can provide the entire value chain of capabilities from data center and network to compute, storage and application management.

Delivering superior customer service and viewing our business from our client’s perspective is a core component to KVH’s corporate values. Over the next few months, I plan to visit many of our customers to introduce myself and to understand better how KVH can help you meet your business requirements.
