The following is an overview of the recruitment process.
Step 1: Company Seminar
Attend a company seminar at KVH’s Tamachi Office or Osaka Office and learn about KVH
Step 2: Entry Sheet
Complete and submit the entry sheet provided by HR.
Step 3: First and Second Round Interviews
Two rounds of individual interviews
Step 4: Final Interview
Individual interview by CEO or Executive member
Step 5: Written Exam / Aptitude Test
A written exam and aptitude test will be held on the day of the last interview
